Book: Made in France

I actually wasn't going to blog today. I was going to be very focused about giving my house the really good clean-up it so desperately needs now school holidays are over... But then... I found this beautiful book while I was tidying up, and of course I sat down and had another look through and realised some things just have to be shared (immediately!). The publishing details are: Made in France: Cross Stitch and Embroidery in Red, White and Blue by Agnes Delage-Calvet et al. and published by Murdoch Books, 2009. ISBN 978-1741963861
It is the most sumptuously styled how-to manual I've ever seen! There are step-by-step instructions and motif patterns for a broad range of the most divine pieces from napkins and tea towels to dresses and sneakers. It reminds me of the exquisite work of Renilde (At-Swim-Two-Birds) and Rebecca (Edward + Lily). I am totally in love. Hope you enjoy it too!

p.s. I forgot to mention, if you want to have a good look at the embroidery, these photos enlarge to supersize if you click on them :)
