It's my guaranteed happy time of the year.... the time of year when I get
to travel because of our business. This year, we'll be going here...
and then here...
and finally here (the work part but also a fun part!)...
We're taking the girls with us this year which I'm also really looking forward to.
Quality time with the Mr and our girls :)
I'm still madly trying to get organised and have somehow lost some of my 'notes
to self' of places to see. So, feel free to leave a comment saying "While you're
there you really must visit..." Actually, please do! I'll be reading your comments
until Sunday morning (Australian time).
Thank you in advance and see you in a couple of weeks!
à bientôt!

ReplyDeleteDear Kylie,
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to see that exhibition of how 18th century dress has been reinterpreted in contemporary fashion that is at Versailles. I will likely be doing a related topic for my thesis so I'd love to hear what you think of it!
Oh and have a wonderful time! Maybe one day we can meet in Paris or Berlin.
ReplyDeleteYou are a lucky girl! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHow splendid! Have a lovely trip.
ReplyDeleteI can thoroughly recommend a trip on the Thames Clipper boats - it's a great way to travel through London and see the sights from the river.

ReplyDeleteHi Kylie
ReplyDeleteLucky gal you!
In London I reckon the Portobello markets - either Notting Hill gate or ladbroke grove tube. Soak it up
In Paree - gotta love the Saint_Ouen markets in 18 rue Paul Bert and 110 rue des Rosiers. Metro stop Porte de Clignancourt. Best antiques/art deco, bits and bobs, brick-a-brac, clothes...
ENJOY!!
probably too late, but if you're in london you should check the museum of everything! and eat a scone in the albion!
