I've just been making the mixture for chicken + leek pies for dinner tonight and I was suddenly struck by how beautiful it looked - like a terrazzo floor or something. This is before the chicken was added so it's all a bit lumpy and pie mixture-like now :( but anyway... Don't you think it's beautiful?
